Ordering and Payment

How do I place an order?

  1. Browse through our curated menu, select the products you would like to purchase.
  2. Add your desired products to your shopping cart.
  3. Review all products in your shopping cart before checkout to ensure your items are correct.
  4. Select your preferred mode of pickup or delivery and time.
  5. If you do not have an account with our store, create one to make your ordering process quick and simple.
  6. If you already have an account, login to your account to retrieve your details.
  7. Enter your payment details and click on "Checkout".
  8. Your order would then be successfully placed.

A confirmation email of your purchase will be emailed to you.

I have ordered and made payment. What's next?
After you have successfully placed your order, our team will review your order and proceed to prepare your order. Our team will contact you should there be any changes required.

Any minimum spend required?
No minimum spend is required.

Could I contact the hotel to place an order?
To help us in tracking your order, online ordering is preferred. However, if you have any difficulties in placing your order, our team will be happy to assist. You may contact The Knolls at +65 6591 5046.

How do I know if my payment is successful?
It is important to provide a valid email address as an email notification on whether your payment was successful will be sent to you once your order has been confirmed.

What are the payment modes available?
All prices stated are in Singapore dollars (SGD). For payment, we accept all major credit cards supported by VISA and Mastercard. 

I prefer to do a cash-on-delivery. Is it available?
As we are using a 3rd party logistic company, we do not accept any cash on delivery. 

Are my credit card details stored?
Your security is of utmost importance to us. Every credit card transaction is encrypted and occurs within a secure environment.

When payment is made, your credit card details will be submitted to our banks and we will not retain your credit card details after completion of your order. 

I would like to make changes to my order after my order has been processed? Is this possible?
As our restaurants will process all orders upon receiving them, we apologise that we are unable to change the item(s) in your order once it has been processed. 

We encourage you to review your orders carefully before checking-out your cart.

I have enquiries on online food takeaway. How do I contact the hotel?
